User Agreement
Version 2 · Effective July 11, 2026
This is the plain-English agreement between you and the operator of TradeForge that every TradeForge user accepts before using the platform. It does not replace the Terms of Service or the Educational & Financial Disclaimer — it puts their most important points in language nobody can misread. By checking the acceptance boxes or clicking Accept, you confirm each statement below.
01What I understand and agree to
1.TradeForge is educational software.
I am using TradeForge to practice and study trading on historical market data. It is a flight simulator for trading — a place to build skill, not a place to invest.
2.Everything on TradeForge is simulated.
The account balance is virtual and worth nothing. The trades are simulated. No real money is ever deposited, traded, won, or lost on the platform, and nothing I do here touches any real market or real brokerage account.
3.TradeForge gives me no financial advice.
Nothing on the platform — including the analytics, the coach, missions, patterns, scores, or any other feature — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. The coach and analytics are automatic calculations over my own simulated trades; they describe my practice, they do not tell me what to do with real money.
4.Simulated results do not predict real results.
Doing well on TradeForge does not mean I will make money in real markets. Real trading involves slippage, liquidity, outages, fees, taxes, and real emotional pressure that no simulator can reproduce. Past performance — real or simulated — does not guarantee future results.
5.Trading real money is genuinely risky.
If I choose to trade real money anywhere, I can lose some or all of it. Cryptocurrency markets are especially volatile. I will only ever risk money I can afford to lose, and I will consider advice from a licensed professional before making investment decisions.
6.My decisions are my own.
I am solely responsible for every trading and investment decision I make outside TradeForge, whatever I practiced or saw on the platform beforehand.
7.TradeForge is not liable for my trading losses.
TradeForge and its operator cannot be held liable for any losses I incur trading or investing in real markets. The platform’s liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
8.TradeForge is not a broker.
TradeForge is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment advisor, or portfolio manager, and it is not registered with any financial regulator. It does not need to be — no real trading happens here.
02How my acceptance is recorded
When you accept this Agreement (together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy), TradeForge records the date, time, and the version of the documents you accepted against your account. If the documents change materially, you will be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the platform. If you decline, you will be signed out — the platform cannot be used without this Agreement in place.
If any of the statements above is not true for you — in particular, if you are looking for investment advice or a place to trade real money — TradeForge is not the right product for you, and you should not use it.
