This Disclaimer applies to everything on the TradeForge platform and everything published by the operator of TradeForge in connection with it — the simulator, analytics, journal, coach, intelligence features, emails, and marketing content. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and restated in plain English in the User Agreement.
01Educational purpose only
TradeForge exists for education and deliberate practice. It replays historical market data so you can rehearse trading decisions, journal them, and study your own behavior. All balances, trades, profits, and losses on the platform are simulated and have no monetary value. Nothing you do on TradeForge buys, sells, or affects any real asset.
02No investment advice, no recommendations

TRADEFORGE DOES NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, TRADING, LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, OR TAX ADVICE. NOTHING ON THE PLATFORM IS A RECOMMENDATION, SOLICITATION, OR OFFER TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITY, CRYPTOCURRENCY, DERIVATIVE, OR OTHER FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT, OR TO ADOPT ANY STRATEGY. NOTHING ON THE PLATFORM SHOULD BE RELIED UPON FOR ANY REAL-MONEY DECISION.
The analytics, coach, scores, missions, patterns, challenges, and every other feature are deterministic computations over your own simulated trades. They measure your practice. They are not opinions about markets, they contain no predictions, and they are not personalized financial advice. Market “regime” information shown in the product describes historical data only.
03Not a broker, advisor, or regulated entity
Neither TradeForge nor the operator of TradeForge is a broker, dealer, exchange, trading venue, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or signal service, and neither is registered or licensed with any securities, commodities, or financial regulator in any jurisdiction. No client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of TradeForge.
04Simulated and hypothetical performance
SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE ACTUAL PERFORMANCE, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT REAL TRADING. BECAUSE NO REAL TRADES ARE EXECUTED, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REFLECT THE IMPACT OF SLIPPAGE, VARIABLE LIQUIDITY, EXCHANGE OUTAGES, FUNDING COSTS, TAXES, OR THE PSYCHOLOGICAL PRESSURE OF RISKING REAL CAPITAL — FACTORS THAT ROUTINELY MAKE REAL RESULTS WORSE THAN SIMULATED ONES. NO REPRESENTATION IS MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE PRACTICED ON TRADEFORGE.
TradeForge’s simulation is deliberately realistic — real historical candles, modeled commissions, randomized starting points — but it remains a model. Skill demonstrated in the simulator is not evidence of future real-market profitability.
05Risk warning
- Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your invested capital; with some leveraged products, more than you deposited.
- Cryptocurrency markets are exceptionally volatile and lightly regulated. Prices can move violently at any hour, and past behavior of any market — including the Bitcoin history replayed on TradeForge — does not guarantee future behavior.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. This applies to markets, strategies, and your own practice statistics alike.
- Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
06Data accuracy
Historical market data on TradeForge is derived from third-party sources and provided “as is.” It may contain errors, gaps, or revisions, and modeled fees are approximations of typical exchange commissions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the platform.
07Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Before making any real-money decision, do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed financial professional in your jurisdiction. the operator of TradeForge accepts no liability for any loss arising from real-world trading or investment activity, whether or not it followed practice on TradeForge.
