Terms of Service

TradeForge is an educational practice platform. It replays real historical Bitcoin market data candle-by-candle from a randomized starting point, lets you practice trading decisions against that history with a simulated order engine and entirely fictional virtual balances, and computes journaling, analytics and coaching feedback exclusively from your own simulated trades.

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), capable of forming a binding contract, and not barred from using the Service under applicable law. By using the Service you represent that all of this is true.

• You must provide accurate registration information (a working email address) and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use — our contact details are in the Contact section below.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account, and do not create multiple accounts to circumvent Free-plan limits.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users’ use of it;
• bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, plan entitlements, session limits, rate limits, or any other technical control;
• scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the Service’s market data, analytics, or content, or use them to build a competing dataset or service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use automated agents to create accounts or simulate activity, or share one account among multiple people;
• present simulated TradeForge results as real trading performance — including in marketing, social media, or the sale of any product or service — without clearly disclosing that they are simulated;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious (including code).

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts involved in them (see Section 12).

The Service lets you create content such as journal entries, trade notes, tags, and strategy labels (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, storing journal entries, computing your analytics, and generating your coaching report. We do not sell your User Content and we do not use it to advise other users. You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights to anything you upload.

The Service — including its software, replay and order-simulation engines, analytics and coaching systems, design, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by the operator of TradeForge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial practice and education. No other rights are granted. Historical market data presented in the Service is derived from third-party sources (such as public exchange data) and is provided solely for educational replay within the Service.

Trading real financial instruments — cryptocurrencies in particular — involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of everything you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any real-world trading or investment decisions you make. • The Service is provided without uptime commitments or service-level guarantees. It may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.
• We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Features labeled beta, experimental, or preview may change or disappear without notice and may not work as intended.
• If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice and to make your data export available (see the Privacy Policy).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DATA (INCLUDING HISTORICAL MARKET DATA) WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT USING THE SERVICE WILL IMPROVE YOUR TRADING OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

(a) WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE; (b) WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES YOU INCUR IN REAL MARKETS, WHETHER OR NOT YOU PRACTICED THE RELEVANT DECISION ON THE SERVICE.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of TradeForge and any personnel, contractors, and agents acting on our behalf, from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your real-world trading decisions.

• By you: you may stop using the Service at any time and may permanently delete your account and data from Settings.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate your access (with notice where practicable) if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us. Where the breach is curable we will generally warn you first.
• On termination your license to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 15) survive. Termination does not entitle you to a refund — all purchases are final per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Each version carries a version number and effective date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) and require you to review and re-accept before continuing to use the Service. Continued use after non-material changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court, Ayodhya, India.

• Entire agreement. These Terms (with the documents incorporated by reference) are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
• Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
