Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. TradeForge sets only strictly necessary cookies:

• Authentication cookies (names beginning with sb-, set by Supabase Auth) — keep you signed in securely between requests and refresh your session. Lifetime: for the duration of your session, refreshed while you use the app.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function, they do not require opt-in consent under most cookie laws — which is why TradeForge has no cookie banner. Blocking them will prevent you from logging in.

For performance, TradeForge also stores data in your browser’s own storage. This data stays on your device and is never used to track you across sites:

• IndexedDB — chunks of historical market data are cached locally so replay sessions stream smoothly without re-downloading candles.
• Local/session storage — workspace preferences and UI state (such as panel layout and chart settings).

You can clear all of it at any time through your browser’s site-data settings; the app will simply re-fetch what it needs.

If we add a product-analytics or similar tool that stores identifiers in your browser, we will update this policy (with a new version number and effective date), describe the tool and its cookies here, and — where the law requires — ask for your consent before it runs. Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies in its privacy settings. Remember that blocking TradeForge’s essential cookies will break login and the practice workspace.
