Refund & Cancellation Policy

Version 2 · Effective July 11, 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a TradeForge Pro subscription and our strict no-refund policy. It forms part of the Terms of Service. The Free plan involves no payment and needs no refunds — you can simply stop using it, or delete your account from Settings at any time. Before subscribing, we encourage you to try the Free plan: it includes the full simulator, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Note: paid subscriptions are not yet enabled on TradeForge. No charges are currently made through the platform. This policy applies from the moment paid subscriptions launch.

01All purchases are final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. TradeForge is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to educational software and digital content the moment your payment completes. Because the product is delivered in full at that moment, payments — first charge or renewal — are not refunded, in whole or in part.

02Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time — through the billing portal once payments are enabled, or by contacting us from your account email (see the Contact section).
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund or prorated refund of amounts already paid — it only prevents the next charge. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your renewal date.
  • Canceling does not delete your data — your sessions, journal, and analytics remain on the Free plan (subject to its feature limits). Account deletion is separate and available in Settings.

03The only exceptions

We will consider a refund only where the charge itself was wrong. The only circumstances in which a refund may be issued are:

  • Duplicate charges — you were billed more than once for the same subscription period;
  • Billing errors caused by TradeForge — for example, a charge after a correctly completed cancellation;
  • Technical mistakes resulting in an incorrect charge — for example, a wrong amount or a charge for a plan you did not select.

Any such refund remains entirely at TradeForge’s sole discretion. Dissatisfaction with the product, unused time, forgotten renewals you did not cancel in time, or changes in personal circumstances are not billing errors and do not qualify.

04Reporting a billing issue

  • Contact us from the email address on your account (see the Contact section), with the subject “Billing issue,” including the charge date and amount, as soon as reasonably possible after the charge.
  • If we grant a refund under Section 3, it is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

05Changes to this policy

Changes to this policy apply prospectively — the policy in effect at the time of your charge governs that charge. Material changes follow the notice and re-acceptance process described in the Terms of Service.
